Internalyze LLC provides online training, coaching, and digital content through www.internalyze.com. When you use our website or services, you agree to our Online Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

You agree to provide basic identifying information to create and account and access some of our services. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share it with others—even inside your company. If multiple people need access, contact Internalyze. We can close or suspend your account for violations. Contact us to close your account.

4. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Internalyze sells downloadable training materials and subscriptions. Access might occasionally be disrupted (e.g., due to hosting problems). We reserve the right to remove content with 6 months’ notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel. Free trials, if offered, may be canceled at any time, and will convert over to a paid plan when the trial period ends.

5. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

You agree to provide accurate billing info and pay for what you order. Prices can change at any time prior to you placing an order, or before a subscription period ends. Digital products are generally not refundable once purchased. You may be asked to pay taxes or fees as part of your order.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the service legally and respectfully - no hacking, viruses, or stealing intellectual property. Violations can result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content is owned by Internalyze. You’re granted a limited license for personal use, and use within your company, but you may not share, reproduce, or sell the content, or upload it to AI platforms. Internalyze Trademarks are also protected.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best results, all services are provided “as is” with no guarantees. Internalyze’s liability is limited in most situations, and if we are liable for any damages, you agree that our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. These limitations are necessary for us to provide you with our services for reasonable fees.

9. Indemnification

If someone sues Internalyze because of something that you or your company did, like misusing services or violating the law, you agree to hold us harmless, and if needed cover our legal costs and damages.

10. Confidentiality

Internalyze treats information you share in coaching or consultations as confidential. But you shouldn’t share regulated or sensitive data. If you do, Internalyze will delete it.

11. No Legal Advice

Internalyze provides training and consulting - not legal services. We are not a law firm. You are responsible for your own legal compliance and should consult with attorneys as needed.

12. Export Control and Legal Compliance

You agree to follow U.S. laws, including export controls and anti-corruption regulations. You also confirm that you're not located in a sanctioned country or on a restricted list.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Ohio law governs this contract. Disputes must first go an attempt at informal resolution, and then through good-faith mediation before legal action. Any litigation must take place in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

14. Modifications to the Terms

Internalyze can update these Terms. If changes are significant, you’ll get 30 days’ notice of the change. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

15. Relationship of the Parties

Internalyze is an independent business and will offer our services to many other people and businesses. These Terms don’t create a business partnership or joint venture with you.

Internalyze isn’t responsible for other websites it links to. Read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
